Checked: 4 November 2026 freshness records, with the latest supplied observation at 13:37:44 IST (08:07:44 UTC). Times below are in IST unless another zone is stated. A scheduled continuation is not a new 5 November start, and every live score is a time-stamped snapshot rather than a promise about the next day. Draft status: not published.

Quick answer

The verified 5 November list has 19 fixtures: five confirmed new starts and 14 Indian domestic matches that are conditional continuation candidates. None of the 14 is presented as guaranteed to play on 5 November; each was still unfinished in the fresh 4 November snapshot, but a result could arrive before then. The domestic centre of gravity is India’s Ranji Trophy and Col C K Nayudu Trophy pathway: all 14 continuation candidates are Indian senior or Under-23 matches. The five new starts are the Bilaspur Women’s U19 final, two WBBL matches in Sydney, Afghanistan v Zimbabwe in Sharjah, and Bangladesh v West Indies in Sylhet.

The most important editorial distinction is between an actual start and a scheduled continuation. Jammu & Kashmir v Pondicherry, Railways v Mumbai, Punjab v Andhra, Hyderabad v Chhattisgarh, Manipur v Sikkim, Bengal v Maharashtra and Chandigarh v Tamil Nadu are senior Ranji matches that began on 2 November. The Under-23 matches began on 3 November. They are included because the fresh official BCCI records still showed them unfinished on 4 November and their official windows run through 5 or 6 November. A result before 5 November would remove that match from the continuation line; the list is therefore conditional, not a claim that all 14 will play.

No result, score, toss or playing XI is invented here. Where BCCI squad pages remained loading, that is stated. Where a source conflict changes the editorial decision, it is kept visible rather than harmonised silently. The discovery set is finite and evidence-backed, not a claim to cover every club, school, university or local league fixture in the world.

Indian domestic new starts

Women’s U19 Challenger final: Team B v Team A, Bilaspur — 13:30 IST

The BCCI match centre confirms the Women’s U19 T20 Challenger Trophy final at Luhnu Cricket Ground, Bilaspur, on 5 November, starting at 08:00 UTC / 13:30 IST. This is a confirmed new start, but it is not yet a normal team-identification story: the official page still calls the finalists Team B and Team A. The exact state or association identities are not published in the retrieved event page. BCCI match centre BCCI match details

The squads tab returned loading placeholders, and no captain, playing XI, toss, score or broadcast was available because the final had not begun at the 4 November observation. Earlier tournament scorecards show Team A beating Team C by seven wickets, Team B beating Team C by eight wickets, and Team B beating Team A by 55 runs. Those results establish the competition context but do not permit the finalists’ associations or players to be inferred. Team A v Team C Team B v Team C Team A v Team B

The useful local angle is Bilaspur hosting a national women’s Under-19 pathway final. Tactically, only a conditional T20 frame is supportable: the side batting first will value a strong powerplay and wickets in hand, while the chasing side will manage the required rate. No pitch, weather or player matchup should be added until BCCI publishes the finalists and team sheets. Follow the official BCCI event page and its video tab; no stream is confirmed.

Indian domestic continuations

Jammu & Kashmir v Pondicherry, Srinagar — scheduled 09:30 IST continuation

This is Ranji Trophy Elite, Elite Group A, Match 52, at Sher-i-Kashmir Cricket Stadium, Srinagar, in a 2–5 November window. It is not a new 5 November fixture. The fresh exact BCCI page showed LIVE, Day 3: Jammu & Kashmir 317/0 after 94 overs, Pondicherry 385 all out, leaving Jammu & Kashmir 68 behind with all ten wickets intact. The scheduled fourth-day window is 09:30–16:30 IST, converted from the official 04:00–11:00 UTC Nov 5 continuation window; the match may finish earlier. BCCI event Cricbuzz scorecard

Jammu & Kashmir won the toss and fielded. An earlier scorecard snapshot had Qamran Iqbal on 110 and Shubham Khajuria unbeaten on 143. It marked Paras Dogra and Neyan Shyam Kangayan as captains, but BCCI’s squads tab remained a loading shell; those are historical snapshot facts, not a fresh complete official squad announcement. The state-team/home-ground angle is strong: the stadium profile records a 1983 establishment and Jammu & Kashmir as its home team. Sher-i-Kashmir ground profile

If play reaches 5 November, Jammu & Kashmir first need to erase the deficit before setting up a result path. Pondicherry’s advantage is the first-innings total and the opportunity to attack once the opening stand is broken. The January 2026 meeting was drawn after Pondicherry made 233 and Jammu & Kashmir 150/6, but that is context, not a forecast. The provider’s 5 November feed omitted this match; that is a coverage gap, not evidence of absence. Recheck BCCI before publication.

Railways v Mumbai, Mumbai — conditional continuation; original event start 09:30 IST

Ranji Trophy Elite, Elite Group D, Match 63 is at the Cricket Club of India, Mumbai, in the official 2–5 November window. The fresh exact BCCI event remains LIVE and says Railways trail Mumbai by 137 runs; the refreshed page does not expose a complete current innings line or a final result. A 5 November session is conditional on the lower order and the match finishing state on 4 November. BCCI match details Independent same-event scorecard

Railways won the toss and fielded. Siddhesh Lad is identified as Mumbai captain and Bhargav Merai as Railways captain in The Hindu, while the BCCI squads page supplied only squad headings. The earlier cited snapshot listed Ravi Singh 43 and Toufik Uddin Mondal 6, with Tanush Kotian at 5/31; those figures are not relabelled as the fresh current score and should not be turned into a full XI. The venue naming also needs care: BCCI calls it Cricket Club of India, while local references use Brabourne Stadium; CCI says Brabourne was built on its land and opened in 1937. The Hindu preview CCI history

The cricket question is whether Railways can survive the last three wickets and narrow a large deficit. Mumbai can press if the innings ends quickly, but a lower-order extension changes the time available for a result. BCCI’s Round 1 summary records a Railways–Uttarakhand draw in which Uttarakhand took the first-innings lead, useful competition context only. The provider did not return this Indian match, which should not be mistaken for a fixture cancellation.

Punjab v Andhra, New Chandigarh — scheduled 09:30 IST continuation

Ranji Trophy Elite, Elite Group B, Match 55 is scheduled through 5 November at PCA International Cricket Stadium, Ground A, New Chandigarh. At the fresh 4 November BCCI snapshot, Punjab had declared at 592/9 and Andhra were 99/2 after 39 overs, trailing by 493 runs. That is a live Day 3 lunch state, not a result. The 5 November appearance is conditional on no early finish. BCCI match details ESPNcricinfo scorecard

Andhra won the toss and fielded. The squad listing names Uday Saharan as Punjab captain and Ricky Bhui as Andhra captain, with M Hemanth Reddy as vice-captain, but the independent XI page returned a consent shell. Those leadership labels and the scorecard participants must not be presented as a complete XI. The current BCCI score is later than a Punjab Cricket Association Day 2 post that recorded a 529/9 declaration, so the older post is retained only as a dated snapshot. Punjab Cricket Association update

BCCI’s ready reckoner places Ranji Elite Phase 1 through 5 November, with four groups of eight and the top two in each group progressing directly to the quarter-finals. The BCCI ready reckoner supplies that competition context. The New Chandigarh venue listing records a 2021 opening and a 38,000 capacity; the same-ground Ranji scorecard records Punjab beating Chhattisgarh by seven wickets. Neither fact is a pitch forecast. If play resumes, Andhra’s first task is to make the deficit smaller, while Punjab can attack for wickets with time on its side.

Hyderabad v Chhattisgarh, Hyderabad — scheduled 09:30 IST continuation

Ranji Trophy Elite, Match 53, at Gymkhana Ground, Hyderabad, was live at the supplied BCCI snapshot on 4 November. The fresh official live route showed Hyderabad 280 all out, Chhattisgarh 284 in the first innings and 95/3 in the second, a lead of 99 with seven wickets left. An earlier ESPN refresh showed the same event at Chhattisgarh 284 and 63/3, a 67-run lead. These are different retrieval moments and must not be merged into a synthetic score; the exact event page itself did not expose the current live score. BCCI match centre BCCI live details ESPN scorecard

The official window is 2–5 November, with the nominal daily clock at 09:30 IST. It is an ongoing match, not an upcoming start, and 5 November remains conditional. The Hindu framed it as the final fixture of the first phase, with Hyderabad entering after two wins and a draw and Chhattisgarh after a draw, defeat and win. Its pre-match focus was the spin pairing of Tanay Thyagarajan and Anikethreddy against Dharmendrasinh Jadeja and Ajay Mandal. The Hindu preview

Personnel needs a further distinction: BCCI’s squads page loaded no names; ESPN’s squad page tags Mohammed Siraj as Hyderabad captain, while the active scorecard marks Chama Milind and Anuj Tiwary as captains. Those are not interchangeable fields. Tactically, Chhattisgarh’s remaining wickets and the size of its lead are the hinge. The 2025–26 meeting was a draw, but that historical result does not determine this finish.

Manipur v Sikkim, Ahmedabad — scheduled 09:30 IST continuation

Ranji Trophy Plate, Match 10 is a senior men’s first-class match at Gujarat College Cricket Ground ‘A’, Ahmedabad, scheduled from 2–5 November. The official BCCI fixtures listing established that it remained unfinished, but Fresh official BCCI showed a Day 2 snapshot of Manipur 23/1 after 9.4 overs against Sikkim’s 432; the permitted same-event ESPN scorecard showed a later Manipur 240/5 after 81 overs, 192 behind. These snapshots cannot be silently harmonised into one current score. The match is eligible as a continuation, but the precise live score and session require a fresh check. BCCI match details BCCI fixtures ESPN scorecard

Sikkim won the toss and batted first. The scorecard identifies Langlonyamba Meitan Keishangbam as Manipur captain and Lee Yong Lepcha as Sikkim captain; the BCCI squads page gave headings but no player list. The local angle is a senior meeting of two Northeast associations staged in Gujarat. Their 2025–26 match at Rangpo and 2024–25 match at Anand were both drawn, which supports a cautious multi-day frame rather than a prediction.

For readers, the stable fact is that Sikkim made 432 and Manipur were in a substantial first-innings response; one cached score must not be labelled the final current state. The provider feed omitted the fixture and its direct endpoint did not extract; this is a source-coverage gap. Readers should use the official BCCI page for the latest state.

Bengal v Maharashtra, Kolkata — continuation time conflict to recheck

Ranji Trophy Elite, Match 60 at Eden Gardens is in a 2–5 November window. The fresh BCCI state is Day 3: Maharashtra 218 all out and Bengal 9/0, leaving Bengal 66 behind with ten wickets intact. This supersedes the earlier 143/207 snapshot as the current checked state; the continuation remains conditional and no result is shown. BCCI commentary Cricinfo scorecard

The fresh official match-details and commentary pair now show 03:30 UTC / 09:00 IST for the event clock, while the prior BCCI details extraction recorded 04:00 UTC / 09:30 IST. The 09:00 IST value is the fresh working clock, with the older conflict retained; it is not a new 5 November start. Maharashtra won the toss and fielded. The BCCI squads page remained loading, while Cricinfo’s exact-event XI marks Abhimanyu Easwaran and Prithvi Shaw as captains; again, XI and squad are different fields. Cricinfo playing XI

The BCCI venue listing gives Eden Gardens a 68,000 capacity and records the Cricket Association of Bengal and floodlights. The BCCI Round 2 summary records Bengal’s 60-run win over Services and Maharashtra’s draw with Jharkhand with a first-innings lead; that is competition context. The immediate tactical hinge is the last Maharashtra wicket: a quick dismissal gives Bengal a defined deficit; more runs make the visitors’ control firmer.

Chandigarh v Tamil Nadu, Chandigarh — scheduled 09:30 IST continuation

Ranji Trophy Elite, Match 64 at Cricket Stadium, Sector-16, Chandigarh was at Day 2 stumps in the latest BCCI snapshot. The fresh BCCI state is Tamil Nadu 571/7 declared, Chandigarh 94 all out and 54/0 in the follow-on, leaving Chandigarh 423 behind with ten wickets remaining. The official event window is 2–5 November, so Thursday is a possible continuation, not a fresh fixture or guaranteed full day. BCCI match details BCCI commentary

Tamil Nadu won the toss and batted. BCCI’s squad route showed only loading placeholders, and no exact-event XI or captain was verified. The Hindu provides leadership context by describing the side as Sai Kishore’s Tamil Nadu and Manan Vohra-led Chandigarh, but that is not a team sheet. The venue’s local profile is more concrete: Chandigarh Administration describes a 10-acre Sector-16 stadium with 35,000 seats, practice nets, floodlights and a history of Ranji and international use. Chandigarh Administration The Hindu preview

The match state points in one direction but does not predict a result. Chandigarh must first survive and reduce an enormous deficit; Tamil Nadu have time to attack after a large declaration. A 2025 same-ground sample ended with Punjab beating Chandigarh by eight wickets, but historical ground context is not a current pitch call. The provider did not return this BCCI match.

Indian domestic Under-23 continuations

The following seven fixtures are all Col C K Nayudu Trophy matches already under way on 4 November. Their official windows extend through 5 or 6 November, but every inclusion is conditional on no early result. The retrieved BCCI squad pages generally exposed headings and loading states, not names or XIs.

Maharashtra U23 v Hyderabad U23, Pune — conditional continuation; original event start 09:30 IST

Match 52 of the Col C K Nayudu Trophy Elite is at Deccan Gymkhana Cricket Ground, Pune, in a 3–6 November window. BCCI showed Day 2 lunch, Hyderabad 132/2 after 30 overs, with Maharashtra yet to bat. Hyderabad Under-23s won the toss and elected to bat. This is a development-pathway match, not a new 5 November start. BCCI match centre BCCI details

No squad names, captain or playing XI were exposed. Deccan Gymkhana’s own site supports broad Pune sports-club context but no match-specific pitch report. A same-format Maharashtra–Uttar Pradesh match at Meerut ended drawn, a reminder that Under-23 multi-day games can remain unresolved. The next cricket question is whether Hyderabad turns its platform into a substantial first-innings total before Maharashtra can impose pressure.

Goa U23 v Himachal Pradesh U23, Sanguem — conditional continuation; original event start 09:30 IST

Match 55 of the Col C K Nayudu Trophy Elite is at Sanguem Cricket Ground, Goa, from 3–6 November. The BCCI scorecard showed Day 2 lunch: Himachal Pradesh 370 and Goa 12/0 after 10 overs, Goa 358 behind with ten wickets intact. Himachal won the toss and batted. A near-simultaneous BCCI alias showed seven overs rather than ten; use the stable score and status, not the transient over count. BCCI scorecard BCCI details

BCCI’s ready reckoner identifies the competition as men’s Under-23 cricket, with Phase 1 ending 6 November. A local Goa report says Sanguem received age-group infrastructure upgrades and was scheduled to host several Under-23 and Under-19 matches. The previous Goa–Odisha Nayudu match at Sanguem ended with Odisha winning by 125 runs; it is venue and competition context only. No XI, captain, broadcast, weather or pitch report was verified.

Bengal U23 v Odisha U23, Kalyani — scheduled 09:00 IST continuation

Match 57 at Bengal Cricket Academy Ground, Kalyani is scheduled from 3–6 November, with the listed original start at 09:00 IST. The fresh BCCI snapshot, observed at 13:36:30 IST on 4 November, had Bengal 243 all out and Odisha 110/3 after 40.5 overs, Odisha 133 behind with seven wickets left. Odisha won the toss and fielded. BCCI match details BCCI scorecard

The accessible BCCI squad route exposed no names. The Cricket Association of Bengal did announce a Bengal U23 squad for the Odisha match, but the extracted evidence does not verify a playing XI or captain, so the squad must not be relabelled. The Kalyani ground profile confirms the cricket venue but not a reliable capacity or pitch specification. A 2019 Kalyani CK Nayudu report records Bengal beating Punjab by 247 runs; it is historical context, not a 2026 surface forecast.

Mizoram U23 v Nagaland U23, Nadiad — conditional continuation; original event start 09:30 IST

Col C K Nayudu Trophy Plate, Match 12 is at Gokulbhai Somabhai Patel Stadium, Nadiad, in a 3–6 November window. BCCI showed Day 2 lunch: Mizoram 103 in 48.3 overs, Nagaland 245/3 in 81 overs, a 142-run lead with seven wickets left. Nagaland won the toss and fielded. BCCI match details

This is a useful North-East state pathway story staged in Gujarat. No player names, squad list, XI or captain were exposed. The tactical frame is conditional: Mizoram need the remaining wickets promptly and then must manage the deficit; Nagaland need to turn their lead into control without losing the seven wickets in hand. No broadcast, pitch or weather evidence was found, and the provider does not offer a controlling record.

Chhattisgarh U23 v Madhya Pradesh U23, Bhilai — time conflict; continuation only

Match 59 of the Col C K Nayudu Trophy Elite is at Sector 10 B S P Cricket Stadium, Bhilai, in a 3–6 November window. At the latest BCCI snapshot it was Day 2 lunch/rain, with Chhattisgarh 101/9 after 42 overs and Madhya Pradesh yet to bat. Madhya Pradesh won the toss and fielded. BCCI match details BCCI scorecard

The fresh exact match-details page gives 03:45 UTC / 09:15 IST for the Nov 3 event clock, while a related BCCI route previously showed 04:00 UTC / 09:30 IST. The conflict is retained; neither is a 5 November start, and no separate 5 November daily session time was published. Since rain already interrupted the match, stronger pitch or result claims would be unsupported. BCCI squad containers remained loading, with no XI or captain. The provider’s omission is a coverage gap only.

Baroda U23 v Mumbai U23, Vadodara — conditional continuation; original event start 09:30 IST

Match 54 at GSFC Cricket Ground, Vadodara, is scheduled from 3–6 November. BCCI showed Day 2 lunch: Baroda 188 all out in 56.1 overs, Mumbai 210/4 after 65 overs, Mumbai 22 ahead with six wickets left. Mumbai won the toss and fielded. BCCI match details

BCCI’s scorecard, commentary and stats details exposed only the live headline, not individual performances, and its squads page exposed no player names. The match belongs to the men’s Under-23 multi-day pathway; the ready reckoner places the Elite league phase through 6 November. A previous Baroda–Goa match in the same competition ended with Baroda winning by four wickets, but at a different Vadodara ground and without predictive value. If the game continues, Mumbai’s 22-run lead gives its bowlers a platform, while Baroda need wickets and then a better second-innings response.

Kerala U23 v Tamil Nadu U23, Thiruvananthapuram — conditional continuation; original event start 09:30 IST

Match 49 at St Xavier’s KCA Cricket Ground, Thiruvananthapuram, is in the official 3–6 November window. The fresh exact BCCI page showed Day 2 lunch: Tamil Nadu 315 after 96.5 overs, Kerala 46 after 15.3 overs, Kerala 269 behind. Tamil Nadu won the toss and batted. An earlier page snapshot showed a different Day 1 state, so only the later timestamped snapshot is used. BCCI match details BCCI match centre

The Kerala Cricket Association venue profile describes the Thumba ground as built with St Xavier’s College on 6.3 acres, with nine wickets and roughly 79–82 metre boundaries. BCCI squads remained loading; TNCA’s U23 squad announcement is not a Match 49 XI. The score makes the immediate issue straightforward: Kerala must reduce the first-innings deficit before any result scenario becomes meaningful. Prior Kerala U23 results include a draw against Pondicherry and an innings defeat against Saurashtra, but neither forecasts this match.

Other verified domestic starts

Adelaide Strikers Women v Brisbane Heat Women, Sydney — 10:10 IST

Cricket Australia’s WBBL|12 schedule and the fresh provider record confirm Match 10 at Drummoyne Oval, Sydney, starting 15:40 AEDT / 04:40 UTC / 10:10 IST on 5 November. It is a new senior women’s domestic T20 start, not a continuation. The provider marked it upcoming and not started, with no score, toss or XI. CA WBBL schedule CA match page Provider record

The Heat’s official release gives the same instant as 14:40 Queensland time. Published squads are not XIs: Tahlia McGrath is named Adelaide captain and Georgia Redmayne is Brisbane captain, but the provider says teams will be announced at the toss. Austadiums describes Drummoyne as a Sydney inner-west cricket-led venue and records lights, a 2013 redevelopment and a listed 5,500 capacity; venue pages from the council and CA did not yield extractable text. Heat release CA squads

The 2025 meeting saw Brisbane 149/9 and Adelaide 151/4 in 19.4 overs, Adelaide winning by six wickets. It is a same-format reference, not a prediction. Follow CA’s match centre and the published Kayo/Foxtel, Seven/7plus and ABC Grandstand framework; late availability and the XI remain unknown.

Sydney Thunder Women v Perth Scorchers Women, Sydney — 13:40 IST

WBBL|12 Match 11 is confirmed at Drummoyne Oval at 19:10 AEDT / 08:10 UTC / 13:40 IST. The provider marked it upcoming/not started with null scores, and Cricket Australia plus Sydney Thunder’s official fixture listing independently show the 5 November match. Provider record Sydney Thunder fixtures CA match centre

Phoebe Litchfield is Thunder captain for WBBL|12; Perth appointed Beth Mooney captain, with Sophie Devine retained in a leadership role. The 15-player lists are squad context only, not a confirmed XI. CA’s venue analysis records Thunder’s Drummoyne record at six wins, six losses and one abandonment in 13 matches, and its 1 November report described a 179 chase in 16.4 overs as the highest WBBL score then recorded at the ground. Those facts support a Sydney venue angle, not a forecast. CA WBBL guide Perth captain announcement

The closest historical meeting at Drummoyne ended with Perth 150/7 and Thunder 154/1 in 18.2 overs. It is useful context only. No toss, XI, weather, pitch, odds or current score was available at the evidence cutoff.

International starts

Afghanistan v Zimbabwe, Sharjah — working time 11:30 IST, one-hour conflict noted

The first Test of the Afghanistan v Zimbabwe series in the UAE is confirmed for 5–9 November at Sharjah Cricket Stadium. The working schedule is 10:00 Sharjah / 06:00 UTC / 11:30 IST, supported for the exact time by the fresh provider record and ESPNcricinfo’s local-time display. Cricket Australia independently supports the 5–9 November match and venue, but is not used here as an exact-time source. Cricbuzz instead lists 09:00 local / 05:00 GMT / 10:30 IST, so the start time must be rechecked rather than silently treated as settled. Provider record ESPNcricinfo Cricket Australia series page Cricbuzz conflict

The provider and independent pages show the match yet to begin, with no toss, innings, result or confirmed XI. Afghanistan’s available squad lists Rahmat Shah as captain and Ikram Alikhil as vice-captain; Zimbabwe’s captain and final XI were not verified. The Afghanistan Cricket Board report frames the Test series as the next stage after Afghanistan’s 3–0 T20I sweep. A 2025 Test in Harare ended with Zimbabwe winning by an innings and 73 runs, but that is historical context.

For Indian readers, the practical angle is the 11:30 IST daytime window if the provider/ESPN schedule holds. No pitch, weather, odds or local-state angle is supported. Follow the provider event, ESPNcricinfo and the official board updates around the toss.

Bangladesh v West Indies, Sylhet — working time 09:00 IST, 30-minute conflict noted

The second Test of the West Indies tour of Bangladesh is confirmed in the strongest available schedule evidence for 5–9 November at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium. The provider, ESPNcricinfo and Cricbuzz support the exact 03:30 UTC / 09:30 Sylhet / 09:00 IST working time. The ICC schedule announcement and CWI series page support the 5–9 November schedule and Sylhet venue; they are not treated as exact-time sources here. CWI’s fixtures page instead gives 04:00 UTC, which would be 09:30 IST, and the direct CWI match centre displays 4–8 November. Those time and date-line conflicts need a final check against the match centre or broadcaster. Provider record ESPNcricinfo Cricbuzz timing page

This is a World Test Championship 2025/27 fixture, not a knockout match. Announced 15-player squads name Najmul Hossain Shanto for Bangladesh and Roston Chase for West Indies; final XIs remain unannounced until the toss. There is no current score or innings state. Sylhet’s venue profile lists an 18,000 capacity, and the 2024 Bangladesh–Sri Lanka scorecard records a 328-run Sri Lanka win, but that scorecard is not a current conditions forecast. Conditional analysis and a fair-coin toss

A toss is a fair 50–50 event in the narrow randomisation sense: before the coin is spun, neither captain has a mathematical toss advantage. The cricket decision that follows—bat or field—depends on the format, match state and captain’s information, so a toss result alone is not a forecast of the winner. For these multi-day matches, the live deficit, wickets in hand and time remaining are more informative than a generic toss narrative.

This is match analysis, not betting advice. No odds, prices, staking suggestion or “best bet” is supplied. Where a score, XI, pitch or weather state is unknown, the uncertainty is left visible rather than converted into a wager or a confident result call.

FAQs

Why are some matches listed for 5 November even though they started earlier?

A multi-day fixture can have an official window that runs through 5 November without being a new 5 November start. The 14 Indian domestic entries are conditional continuations: the fresh 4 November records showed them unfinished, but an early result would remove the match from the next day’s continuation line.

Are the live scores final?

No. Each score in this roundup is a dated source snapshot. A live score is not a completed result, and separate source snapshots are not merged when their clocks or states differ.

Why are some team names still placeholders or why are XIs missing?

The Bilaspur Women’s U19 final is still labelled “Team B v Team A” on the official BCCI page. For several other matches, a squad or leadership listing was visible but a confirmed playing XI was not. The roundup keeps those distinctions instead of inferring players or finalists.

What is excluded and why

One Indian match is completed and excluded despite stale BCCI pages showing live text. Vidarbha v Madhya Pradesh, Ranji Trophy Elite Match 51 at Jamtha, had a BCCI route showing 170/7 and another showing 56/4, but ESPN and Cricbuzz independently record Madhya Pradesh 209 and 105, Vidarbha 334, and a Vidarbha innings-and-20-run win on 2–4 November. It must not be carried into a 5 November continuation list. ESPN scorecard Cricbuzz scorecard

Four other rows are withheld from the confirmed list because their 5 November identity or IST date is not settled:

  • Warriors v Rocks / Warriors v Boland, Gqeberha: the provider and LiveScore say Rocks, while official Cricket South Africa and ESPN say Boland. The event is not publication-confirmed until the opponent mapping is resolved. CSA match page Provider record
  • India U19 v Nepal U19: direct BCCI and ACC records say 6 November, despite an ICC indexed lead for 5 November. It is outside this 5 November IST list. BCCI event ACC record
  • Pakistan U19 v UAE U19: ACC and PCB place it on 6 November at OCA Ground 2, while an ICC search lead showed 5 November. It is excluded from the 5 November list. ACC record PCB release
  • Uganda Women v Namibia Women: Cricket Uganda and Cricbuzz place the first Victoria Series match on 6 November at Entebbe, even though an ICC search lead showed 5 November. In IST, the organizer-backed start is 12:00 on 6 November. Cricket Uganda schedule Cricbuzz match facts

Reader verification note

This checked snapshot is deliberately time-bounded: continuation status can change if a match finishes early, and the exact start/date conflicts for Bengal v Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh U23 v Madhya Pradesh U23, Afghanistan v Zimbabwe and Bangladesh v West Indies remain visible. The Bilaspur final still uses the official “Team B v Team A” placeholders because no BCCI participant update was exposed. No publication time is claimed.

The hierarchy remains clear: an announced squad is not the playing XI; a toss is not a forecast; a historical scorecard is not a pitch report; and omission from the authorized provider feed is a coverage gap, not evidence that an official BCCI match does not exist. The evidence cutoff is 4 November 2026; the clocks are observation or scheduled-event clocks, not a fictional publication timestamp.
